How to Cancel an Order


We are working hard to fulfill your order and get it to you as quickly as possible, which makes our cancellation window of time short. In the event you find you are unable to cancel your order, please know that you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling.


To Cancel Online

  1. Click on "My Account"
  2. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to do so.
  3. On the "My Account" page, click "Order History" to view the orders that you have placed.
  4. If an order or item is able to be cancelled, the option to cancel will be available. If the order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel, the link will not be presented and the item will be shipped to you as scheduled. Click the "Cancel Item/Order" button next to the item or order you wish to cancel.
  5. Choose "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.

To Cancel Via Telephone

Please contact Evine Customer Service at 1-800-676-5523.

Press 1 to 'Manage Orders,' then press 2 to 'Cancel an Order'.

Depending on the information you have at your fingertips, there are several options to help you find the order you would like to cancel.

  • You can choose to cancel your most recent order if it is eligible to be cancelled.

Otherwise, you can:

  • Press 1 to 'Hear a List of Orders' eligible to be canceled
  • Press 2 to 'Lookup by Order Number'
  • Press 3 to 'Lookup by Item Number'

If no orders are listed, then your order is already in the process of being shipped. We sincerely apologize that we are not able to cancel your order.

To Cancel Via E-mail:

We are not able to cancel orders by e-mail; only online or by phone.

Confirming Your Cancellation:

If we are able to cancel your item or order, you will receive an email notification confirming that the cancellation is complete.
