Four premuium certified Maine lobster tails have been drenched in lemon herb butter and then packaged in an oven-safe container. Just put them in your oven and you have all the work done for you - just enjoy!

    • Cooking Instructions:
    Thaw in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and plastic lid. Cover black pan with foil and seal edges. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 3-5 minutes. Remove foil. Caution: steam is very hot. Remove tails to serve. Use lemon butter sauce as a dipping sauce, or spoon over rice or pasta.

    Why do we package with Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is very cold. The surface temperature is approximately -110 degrees F, much cooler than regular ice. Dry Ice is an excellent refrigerant to keep perishable food products cool until they arrive to you, the customer.

    What is Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is another term for solid carbon dioxide. When it “melts” it turn directly into a gas. You know that carbon dioxide ("CO2") is the gas we exhale every time we breathe. When CO2 gas is compressed, it changes to CO2 solid.

    Why wasn't any Dry Ice remaining when my package arrived?
    The dry ice used in the food products we offer usually lasts between 24 to 36 hours. Since we ship our products via UPS 2nd day air, it is common for little or no dry ice to remain by the time you receive your package. However, your food will still be cold, ready to be put right in your freezer!
