Papa's Desserts 8" Taste of the Tropics Cheesecake Sampler

Can't decide which to choose? Papa's has done it for you with a three and a half pound combination of their best tropical flavors. First, our coconut custard cheesecake, flavored and garnished with fresh coconut, then our key lime cheesecake for a true taste of the Keys, followed by our raspberry swirl cheesecake and finally finishing up with our strawberry swirl cheesecake for a true taste of summer.

  • Serves 8-10
  • Measures 8" diameter, approximately 3.5lbs
  • Freeze upon receipt
  • To defrost, remove from freezer and defrost in the refrigerator approximately 12 hours. Let come to room temperature before eating for ultimate creaminess.
  • Arrives within two days of shipment; packaged with dry ice, but may arrive with little to none remaining

    • Your purchase will be shipped via UPS 2nd-day air. It will be packaged in a reusable insulated cooler with Dry Ice, ensuring the contents will arrive cold and ready for storage in your freezer.

    Why do we package with Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is very cold. The surface temperature is approximately -110 degrees F, much cooler than regular ice. Dry Ice is an excellent refrigerant to keep perishable food products cool until they arrive to you, the customer.

    What is Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is another term for solid carbon dioxide. When it “melts” it turn directly into a gas. You know that carbon dioxide ("CO2") is the gas we exhale every time we breathe. When CO2 gas is compressed, it changes to CO2 solid.

    Why wasn't any Dry Ice remaining when my package arrived?
    The dry ice used in the food products we offer usually lasts between 24 to 36 hours. Since we ship our products via UPS 2nd day air, it is common for little or no dry ice to remain by the time you receive your package. However, your food will still be cold, ready to be put right in your freezer!
