Aged 21-28 days, they feature USDA grain fed steak primals - not trim. Primals are trimmed to an 80% lean portion and then ground to create the perfect base for burgers. Each is hand portioned and shaped just like you would make.

A tasty treat whether you're nine or ninety! Turn your backyard barbecue into something special with these steak dogs. Made with USDA grain fed steak trim aged to perfection and then trimmed of excess fat, these steak dogs are then ground and mixed with a blend of special spices then stuffed and fully cooked.
