Texas Signature 6- 1lb Pork Ribs Enjoy all the mouth-watering flavor of slow-cooked St. Louis Style ribs, without devoting the hours of time it takes to cook from scratch. Perfect for any barbecue, the ribs are hand rubbed with a special blend of herbs and spices, then slow cooked over hickory coals in a true open rotisserie pit for 8-10 hours. Once cooked, they are chilled, and blended with a savory BBQ sauce. Since they are pre-cooked, you can just heat and eat!

Not very tender. Meat did not 'fall off the bone',
August 20, 2009

"The ribs we received were a bit tough, not 'fall of the bone' tender as was advertised on the show. The sauce was salty and was made with corn syrup-something we are trying to avoid in our food."
