The clock features fine cut numerals and hand carved wood hands. Log piles, pine trees, a moving figurine drinking beer, and a water pump finish the design. Made in Germany.

Designed with an 8-day mechanical movement, the cuckoo chirps at half and full hours, in addition to a chime gong. Completed with a night shut-off system for silence when you're sleeping.

About Cuckoo Clock Mechanical Movements:
Cuckoo clocks are generally available in two different mechanical movements. An 8-day movement will need to be wound about once a week. A 1-day movement will need to be wound around every 30 hours. To ensure the movement runs its full course, make sure you hang the clock high enough so the weights extend to their full length - usually about 6-1/2 feet high.
