"When I recieved the tree there were to sections labeled "top" and one section labeled "middle." Then when I called to return the tree, ShopNBC told me that I would have to pay to have this 65lb tree returned and that there were no other options. Our family tradition is to put up our Christmas tree on Thanksgiving, but I guess that will not happen this year. Which is unfourtunate because this is the first year both our children are away (out of state) for College and I haven't seen them in a while."

Great Tree,

"I received the 7.5 ft tree a couple of days ago and immediately unpacked it. It was quite heavy but I managed to put it together by myself. It took some time to figure out how to connect the plugs of the lights and I got discouraged, but once I watched the show again and saw the set up of the tree on the show it came together in a snap. I would highly recommend the company put in pictures of the hook up of the plugs instead of giving you text. That would definitely help a lot. It takes some time to fluff up the branches but once you fluff it up the tree is incredibly full and lush and well worth the time. I love the different features and that I don't have to mess around with putting up the lights anymore. GREAT TREE AND VALUE. LOVE IT."

"This was our first purchase with ShopNBC and we're very happy. The tree arrived a week earlier than estimated, the tree was very easy to assemble and it is a heavy tree which is what we prefer because it should be a solid heavy tree made of good quality so it won't tip over. The lights are very beautiful and it did take a while to fluff, but it was worth it because it's nice and full and it looks like a tree you would see displayed in a store, I just can't stop staring at it. We couldn't be happier with this tree. This was a great purchase."

"I knew I shouldn't have taken the chance on this tree after reading the reviews....it is a nightmare. It took over 4 hours just to fluff it out..which would be ok if the thing worked. The base spun just fine until you get the heavy tree in it, now it won't spin...the bottom set of white lights don't work...simply impossible to find a bad bulb or change the fuses when the light wires are tied to the inside of the tree. No customer service number on instructions...called ShopNBC to get the number....called only to be told that their "inbox" is full...not accepting any messages. GREAT! MERRY CHRISTMAS!..very upset customer."

"I was looking forward to receiving this Christmas tree. When I received it, I immediately took it out of the box. The tree is very heavy, had to get my husband to help. We put the tree together, which was easy. The lights on the tree are beautiful. The tree itself doesn't look like the tree that was presented the day I ordered it. There are huge gaps on the bottom 2 sections. I fluffed the tree for a very long time and still got the same results. The tree is about half the fullness that the tree was on tv and also on the website. I am thinking about sending it back, but not sure I can get it in the box to return it."

"First online christmas tree purchase. It was easy to assemble, just like advertised, just make sure you plug the lights in as labeled, not just anywhere. We just set ours up yesterday, getting ready for the holiday a little early this year. If you like pre-lit trees, this is a nice addition to any home, we also got the porch tree set with Urn bases, also a nice set. I didn't give 5 stars because it had blown fuses out of the box, which created some drama, but we replaced them, and its working now."

"I received this tree a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased. It was a little heavy, but was of good quality. One of the tradeoffs for an easy set tree is the weight. My last tree was the type that you put together limb by limb and it took forever. I love the light options. Also if you press on the remote key that allows the lights to "fade", I discoved by accident that the longer you press, the faster it fades/ blinks!!! Love all the options, and cannot wait to get it decorated. I have shopped around and this was by far the best deal with the most options anywhere. The only problem I see is that my husband will want to play with the remote. I saw some of the low reviews and felt that I needed to tell how much I like this tree!!!!"

"This tree is full, lush and offers many options: clear lights, multi-color lights, fade-in and fade-out between the clear and multi colors, a 180 degree rotation of the tree itself. I received my purchase and could not wait to open the box. Because I usually decorate for Christmas during Thanksgiving weekend, I thought I could wait, but, like a child, I had to put the bottom section in place and plug it in...then I put in the 2nd and 3rd sections and had to see it "rotate!" It could not be easier to assemble (actually less than four minutes). It requires only one person to put it together. Once it is in place, a few minutes of fluffing the branches and you have an elegant and unique tree with multi-functions that store bought or live trees cannot offer. I am 100% happy and will order a couple more so that I can decorate other areas of my home with these fabulous trees. I left it up and trimmed the tree BEFORE Halloween."

"This will be the 1st year our family utilizes an artificial tree. When we received the tree we put it up and, after bending a few artificial branches, the tree appeared quite full, and strong enough to hold out ornaments.
Best feature is the included lighting, so no rigging rigmarole this year; and, no tree shopping and all that fuss.
I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to go from natural to artificial - saves the environment..."

It could have been really good!,

"This tree weighs a ton! There's no use in keeping the box to store it between holidays...once packed, you can't lift it. It will have to be stored in pieces. The instuctions that come with the tree are something to behold.....someone in China with no English skills tried to write the instructions in English. At least it was really funny to read them even though they weren't terribly helpful. The tree is pretty once assembled, but the quality is marginal."

"We just received This 7.5 ft xmas tree a couple of days ago . I have been trying to put this together for over 4 hours and it is nothing but a ? nightmare . My advice to all the people out there stay away from buying this nightmare of a tree . Its very heavy and very hard to figure out how it goes together . I am shipping it back as soon as I can figure out how it goes back into the box . All the cords on the tree are very sort and none of them matched with each other . This tree is a nightmare and I can't wait to get it out of my house ."

"I love the fact that this tree turns. I love the fact that it has both white and multi options. It is a beautiful tree. The only problem I have with it is it very heavy and it is not as easy as shown to put together. Not bad though and when it is together it is worth the workout. It is gorgeous."

"This is a very nice artificial Christmas tree! Before my purchase, I compared with other internet offerings, and this tree had higher light counts and number of branch tips for a lower price than the others. When it was delivered I set it up to look at it. Setup and takedown were easy, and the tree looks great. The branches had to be arranged, of course. Remote control of the lights was fun. The revolving motor is a little noisy, but I don't expect to use that feature very often. It's great to be able to see the ornaments on all sides of the tree, though."

"It is heavy. It took the family a couple of hours to fluff and figure out. Mine looks pretty full. Some of the colored lights don't work. The green box and remote doesn't work. At least mine revolves. I'm not going to mess with taking it down at this point. I'll wait till the beginning of the year and somehow shove it back into the box it came in and ship it back. Ugh!"

"Everyone loves this tree. It would be perfect if they had put the rotation switch on the remote control. As it is now you have to get on the floor to turn it on - It is not long enough to pull out far from the tree so I can't imagine how this will work - turn on- when there are presents under the tree. Otherwise everyone who sees it - absolutely loves it.
Very good value and great lights. Kids especially like the lights and the remote control and the fact that the tree rotates is fascinating for the kids."
