Design
Featherbeds can add luxurious comfort and support to an existing mattress, futon, or air bed. The baffle box construction means that the featherbed has internal fabric walls to create space for the down to loft to maximum thickness and comfort. The walls also help to maintain even distribution of the fill within the boxes. This featherbed also has a 3" gusset that is like an extra wall of fabric around all four edges. A gusset edge allows the down and feathers to reach a higher loft for maximum fluffiness and comfort.

Fabric
Both the featherbed and pillows feature a 233 thread count 100% cotton sateen fabric. The double-layer fabric of the pillows is tightly woven to act as a barrier against feather quills poking through the fabric.

Fill
The feather bed features a 2" bottom layer of white duck feathers for cushioning support. It is topped with a 1" layer of irresistibly fluffy down for extra softness. The down has a 550 fill power. Fill power is the term used to describe the quality of down. The higher the fill power, the larger and stronger the clusters of down. Large clusters provide superior insulation and breathe better. The pillows are filled with a 95/5 mix of white duck feathers and white duck down.

Featherbed Cover with Nano-Tex Technology
The elasticized featherbed cover functions just like a fitted sheet. The cover has a pocket depth of 15" to fit over mattresses up to 18” thick. Care Instructions: Re-fluff or shake the featherbed as needed. Cover is machine washable. Spot clean featherbed and pillows with a mild detergent and warm water. Featherbed and pillows can also be dry cleaned.
