"I needed a 2nd computer for my home so I purchased this computer. Overall, it is a good computer. My only complaint is that it takes a while for pages to load on the internet. I may need to change my firewall settings to speed it up."

"I liked the convenience of having a desktop computer all-in-one. It saved a lot of space. I wasn't happy with the performance. I was not able to get the touch screen feature to work consistently. Changing back and forth between programs was extremely slow. I ended up sending back as the performance didn't meet my expectations."

The worst product,

"I recd the product. First, Norton had expired, Second, Microsoft Office 2007 is only a trial verison. I'm a single mother and can't afford to purchase these product, I would have not sold my Dell computer which already had Microsoft Office XP and Norton. Well, it's to late now to return the computer. My son has to do his school work at a friend's house until I can purchase either other computer or the products for this one. I'm very disappointed with this product and ShopNBC."

"For the money,this can not be beat!! I know the software is outdated,but the design and screen size more than make up for that!! I installed Windows XP in mine,and everything works GREAT!! It has good visual clarity and is very easy on the eyes.This should last a very long time.If ShopNBC ever gets these back in stock,do youself a favor and buy one."

"This is a very affordable PC and I like it best because there is no tower to clutter up the floor. There are fewer cables than with a standard tower PC. The only bad thing about it is the "leg" in the back that supports the unit does not seem to fully extend offering much needed support. I have already accidentally caused it to fall over twice now. When I go to extend it out more, it feels as though it will crack. Other than that, the large display is super. I really like it."

"Like the computer very much and enjoy the soft-stylus/touchscreen technology. You will save yourself time if you go out and buy a new "n" technology wireless router to use, as I spent hours trying to use my old router with "b/g" on it. I had immediate connection with the new "Linksys n" I purchased! Keyboard confg is not what I'm use to and it is smaller too, but it'll do...I may change it later. It doesn't have an on/off switch for the monitor, but does have adequate settings. Runs very cool and quietly. 4 usb's, but no HDMI plug!"

"GREAT SYSTEM!! ITS COMPACTNESS IS UNBEATEN. PERFECT AS A HOME INFORMATION CENTER. TOUCH FEATURES ARE GREAT. MANY OF THE PROGRAMS, HOWEVER, WERE EXPIRED ON START UP. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SOFTWARE YOU ARE IN THE CAT BIRDS SEAT WITH THE MSI WIND TOP SYSTEM. ALSO
I RECOMMEND IMMEDIATE UPGRADE TO WINDOWS 7..NOT BECAUSE HOME VISTA DOESN'T DO THE JOB BUT BECAUSE WINDOWS 7 HAS MORE "TOUCH" FEATURES AND ITS A BLAST TO USE!!"

"Product is a very cool computer, but when you get into it you'll find what the others are saying..some of the programs are expired, the touchface screen calibration doesn't work, you also have a hard time finding any information on how to work this computer at all. The user manual is more like a book telling you about the buttons on the computer and less like a manual to help you. Tech support is only available m-f , very frustrated if anyone knows how to calibrate this thing please help!!!"

"when they talked about it on the show it sounds so cool, but when you look at the stuff you think something is missing here ..big ????
extra programs some where already expired, also security protection programs missing, other wise very cool product...."

"I puchased this for educational progams for my 7 year old neice. While setting up the system, I realized that some of the programs that give you a 60-90 day trial period had already expired. I was not planning on having to by this software until after the holidays. Also,
the touch screen interface does not work very well. I am having to use the keybouard and mouse because i cannot get the program to calibrate the screen. Yes, I did unplug the mouse and keyboard when I tried to calibrate. Really frustrated. Will try tech support to see if they can fix it. Will be disappointed if they cannot. I have already downloaded office and virus protection."
