How to Use:
Apply the first step, Conditioning Primer to lips and allow absorption for 3-5 seconds. This acts as a foundation for the color and contains the lip plumping V105 blend.
The second step is to apply the lip color. The wand tip allows one or two applications for a more or less sheer color appearance. The Shimmer Enhancer also contains the lip plumping V105 blend. The color can be re-applied as desired.
