How to Use:
Nail Foundation Flawless Basecoat:
Apply one coat of Nail Foundation Flawless Basecoat to clean, dry nails. Follow with two thin coats of 3 Free Lacquer in any color.
Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat:
Finish nails by applying one coat of Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat for extra shine and protection.
