Not a good backpack,

"I bought this because I thought it would replace my teenager style purse/backpack. I often have my grandson with me and need both hands free. This is a nice purse. But once it's converted to a backpack it doesn't do a good job at all. It doesn't hang well and is not easy to get your arms into for the backpack."

"i have been searching for the perfect brown purse for ages. got this in a brown, my first purchase from pamelas line. looks and feels like leather, if this bag was actually leather it would sell for about 300 dollars. big, roomy bag. definitely a casual "slouchy" bag great for everdau wear with jeans and coordinating boots. wore my old brown leather frye boots, jeans, a long sleeve white t from lukastyle, my brown leather jacket, some turqouise jewelery and this purse.... i looked fierce! simply a super bag~!"

"I bought this in the butternut and may go back and buy the other colors - can't believe it is not the finest quality leather - HEAVENLY SOFT! Perfect for the airport or field trip with the grandkids. I like the zippered pocket on the back so your valuables are secure when wearing as a backpack. Another home run, Pamela. Great Job!"

"Love the brown/coppery color of this bag, as well as the versitility of converting it to a backpack. Since it is so unstructured, I would have preferred to have little feet on the bottom of it, to hold the hobo style a bit off the ground. As one reviewer said it is rather a 'black hole' but I relaized that before I ordered it. I am planning to carry it to Italy and will organize my contents into different bags/containers, like cosmetics, wallet, writing impliments, small papers, etc. I tried the matching jacket, but is was poorly constructed. But thanks for the bag Pamela."

"I received this bag in Buttercup two weeks ago. It looks & feels like genuine leather. I've received many compliments already. It's very spacious. I love the unstructured hobo styling & look of this bag. My only criticism is that the inside is so large, it becomes a bit of a "black hole" when trying to find things. But, I'm very satisfied with my purchase."

"How exciting and amazing..such a wonder product. The handbag is soft, yet rich. The size of the bag is mid-large, but wonderful to carry extra items needed for the day or evening. This bag offers style flexibility. Additional straps allow converting the bag to a backpack. The shoulder strap is also included, converting the bag from elbow /arm carry to shoulder carry. Great buy; Great price! Thank you Pamela."
