"I gave this four stars instead of five because it came wrinkled so very much when I bought it. But, most of the jackets endure some wrinkling in shipping. I wore this one today with a beautiful silk scarf, and remembered why I loved it enough to buy it. It looks great on, and so very rich. I enjoy all my Pamela pieces so very much! This one has such a wonderful color palett, particularly for spring. I bought the peach. The suede is so soft and pliable. I own other suede pieces by other manufacturers, but none of them have the hand that Pam's pieces have."

"Bought in the coral, thrilled, back for another. To me, the "distressed suede" signalled: Raw, hip, and yes, "wrinkled". I'm tall, gregarious and never, ever conquered the "perfectly put together, head-to toe" look, so this works for me and likely the Boho-eclectic types? It's not too young, but chic with a bit of whimsy. Love, as do all of the people who pop over to say: "Wow! How neat. Can I feel?" Only problem: Not enough "chest" room. Great thing: Waist looks ultra-tiny. Okay trade off, for me.That said, nice that Pam covers the gamut from super-tidy and elegant to chic and fun. Beautiful and unique pieces for whatever mood the day brings.Good on ya, Pam. Thanks. (P.S. Already wrote a review on the three throws-- can't add to it, so: Ended up with ten of them. Would ADORE pillows to match; particularly the flowery one. Gorgeous!)."

"I own several pieces of Pamela McCoy, and this is the second time I regret my purchase.
I order this jacket TWICE, the first one in buttercup, the color was hideous, and one of the sleeves was defective.
The second one was the blue one which is absolutely a beautiful color, but was so wrinkled that was impossible to wear.
I paid 40 dlls to have professionally pressed, very expensive garment at the end.
A piece of advise to the line: DO NOT STORAGE IN BOX.
BOX THE GARMENTS WHEN READY TO BE SHIPPED.!!!!"

"The jacket arrived very wrinkled. I hung it up for a few days and then called customer service for advice on how to get the wrinkles out. They advised me to use a steam iron which worked somewhat. The jacket is a beautiful color and fits well. Hoping the wrinkles will come out with wearing the jacket."

"I ordered 2 jackets. When they came they were very wrinkled. I let them hang a few days and it did not help. Then I called Customer Service and they said I could steam press them. I have steam pressed them both 2 time but the wrinkles are only slightly better. The colors are beautiful and hopefully when I wear the jackets some of the wrinkles will relax."

"Cut and pretty color, but pretty thin. I think the sleeves are flimsy. It arrives with many wrinkles and those are tricky to get out of suede. I would not buy it again."

"The jacket came very wrinkled, I liked it so much thought I could let the wrinkles fall out naturally. Not so the bottom lining doesn't hang properly, which takes away fro the unique look of the jacket and color. Wish I had sent it back"

"I'm really not a suede fan but I did buy this one in lotus and went back for the coral. Nice style, runs on the small side, GREAT BARGAIN and did come WRINKLED (not bad like others-hopefully, the coral won't be bad either) . The sleeves aren't as baggy or long as some of the others either."

"The suede is VERY wrinkled. Also, the pattern is cut poorly which causes the bottom of the jacket to roll up. I really love PM clothing and own tons of it. So I will excuse one oops!"

"this is the 3rd jacket i have had to return because of horrible wrinkles. the sleeves look like they were twisted into ropes. it had to be before they were put into the plastic bag because the bag was not twisited. i just read the other reviews & i will put it into the dryer. if the wrinkles do not come out, back it goes & i will never buy another Pam jacket. i know this jacket was very cheap but it sure wouldn't be worth $149 regular price."

"The jacket is okay and the price good but Pamela please make sure the measurements are correct I am 5.11 and I always make sure to check the sleeve length before buying your jackets/coats this one says 33.5 in large but it is not even 30”, it’s like quarter sleeve Jacket in me."

"This jacket is wonderful, and yes it is wrinkled because it is distressed. You get rid of the wrinkles but they add the character that is meant in distressed. It looks so good on and is very soft, I LOVE this jacket and for this price. I bought 2 at the regular price and am very happy with my purchase. This price is unbelievable!!!"

"This jacket is the poorest quality ever, the suede is paper thin and the color looks like washed out water color. The button is so high that it falls in the middle of the bust line. The suede is so thin at the hem that it curls up. Save your money. Even at the sale price it looks like thrift shop reject."

"The style and fit is good, the suede is fair, and the condition of the jacket on arrival was bad. Yes it is wrinkled, but I took the advise of several of the other reviews and put it in the dryer and it seemed to help. The colors are beautiful (turquoise and lotus), and I think for the price it is worth the value. It is too bad for the wrinkles, other than that I would have given a 4 or 5. I think you have to consider what you get for the money. If you take the time and effort you can reduce most wrinkles."
