The sweater is finished with 1/2" ribbing at the bottom and narrower 8" ribbing up the sleeve for sleek lines.
About the Fabric Blend:
Silk is an elegant, luxurious and sensuous fabric, and one of the strongest natural fabrics. Silk is prized for its comfort and versatility, plus its ability to absorb moisture so you can stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Obtained from the cashmere goat, cashmere wool is renowned for its ultra-soft feel. The cashmere goat's coat is called a double fleece, consisting of a fine undercoat within the coarser guard hair. The undercoat is separated from the guard hair to make cashmere fibers. Since cashmere is a wool, the fabric offers lightweight insulation with comfortable breathability. And the wool resists wrinkles, for a polished appearance throughout the day. Together, these fibers create a lightweight sweater with years of cozy fashion.

Nice with Limitations,

"This is soft and pretty, flattering even, but with a few caveats. I have big shoulders and chest, but very small waist and hips. The SOLID colours in darker shades (on me) fit perfectly and follow the body beautifully-- darker and monochromatically outfitted looks lovely. In the lighter, or worse, the sort-of animal prints, I look twice my size -- suspect others would too, as the "busy-ness" or light expand the view visually, making my hips look completely out of proportion. So, with caveats, or for those whose tiny upper torsos need expanding for balance, go for the light and printed. For the big-shouldered, larger breasted, I say, stick with your normal size in darker shades. Don't find it "runs large" unless you really like an item "glued" to the body. The feel is luscious; price reasonable."

"I have 3 of these sweaters.......love the fit, they are flattering, but notice they pill very easily and
this is unsightly.......the bottom also has tendency to roll up at the hem area. It fits well, is soft and flattering fit, but if the weight at the hem of the sweater was heavier and it did not pill, it would be perfect."

"I bought this sweater to match my stargazer suede skirt. I was disappointed after wearing it for the fabric forms little balls. This is definitely not indicative of Pamela McCoys usual high quality items. The fabric was also very thin. I did not send it back because it does match my skirt. Also, the aubergine color did not look in person like it looked on TV and on the computer - it is more purple than I thought it would be. "I ordered tihs when it went on sale but was leary because of comments about the quality of the fabric. I prefer a thinner knit so I am happy with it. The self-cami is not sized properly (with top of cami hitting mid bra) and the result is a very low cut but w/a pin or magnet you can hide the it in the folds and fix it. I am giving it 4stars because I am not skinny &think it would be a bit better on a smaller sized woman but I still recommend at the sale price. If there were more colors available I would buy more."

"I ordered this in the stargazer color, but was shipped the black. Which actually worked out fine for me. Being in Texas, I like the fact that it is light weight, however, I do agree that the fabric is a almost a bit too thin, (hold it up to the light and you see right through it).
Pamela- My only request with your tops and even some of the shorter style jackets, is to make the plus sizes a bit longer. Not all of girls can wear tops that stop at the waist, especially tall girls like myself.
Overall a winner. Keep them coming!"
