If you are interested in becoming a ShopNBC on-air vendor, please click below for the application form. Complete all lines, print it, and mail it along with a brochure or photo of your line, product, or specialty. Please do not send product samples. Upon receiving your application, ShopNBC will review your submission. We will notify you if we are interested in pursuing a vendor relationship with you.
