PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS OF WINNING. Grand Prize - One (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV. Prize consists of round trip First Class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from major commercial airport near winner's residence to Las Vegas, NV, 3 day/2 night hotel accommodations (one Suite, double occupancy), 1 day spa access, massage for 2, two tickets to "O" and limousine transportation to and from the hotel. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary and must travel within one year of award date. Travel must include a Saturday night stay and reservations must be made 21 days in advance. Trip is subject to availability and holiday/blackout dates. All unspecified meals and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. ARV: $3,000. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded. DRAWING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 12, 2005 from all eligible entries received. Gage Marketing Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects, will conduct the drawing. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.

ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia 18 years or age or older. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email and must respond within 10 days from date of notification or prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and show proof of citizenship/residency within 10 days of the date printed on the prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements (as applicable) or if any prize notification/prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. First and Second prizes will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of drawing date. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be over 18 years if age and will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to participation in Grand Prize trip.
