If you would like to review your orders, go to "Order Status" to see your order history.

You will be able to view returns, cancellations, AutoDelivery orders and ValuePay® information dating back 3 years.

You can also call our Customer Service line at 1-800-676-5523 and check via our automated service anytime. To speak with a representative, Customer Service Representatives are available Sunday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM Central Standard Time. Please have your ShopNBC customer number and order number ready.
