How Can I Cancel My Order?

To cancel online go to "Order Status" to cancel your order, or a single item on your order. Not all items can be cancelled before they are processed to be shipped. You will receive a cancellation email after you cancel your order online.

To Cancel Via Telephone

Please contact ShopNBC Customer Service at 1-800-676-5523. Press option 4 for Customer Service and then option 4 # to cancel an order. Our system will automatically bring back the last 5 orders on file that are able to be cancelled. If no orders are listed then your order has begun the shipping process. At this point, we are not able to cancel your order.
