About Angels
Angels are known as spiritual beings, or as spiritual messengers in many religions. In medieval angelology, angels constituted the lowest of the nine celestial orders (seraphim, cherubim, thrones, dominations or dominions, virtues, powers, principalities or princedoms, archangels, and angels). Angels and angel wings represent purity, morality, religion, protection, strength and beauty.
Many people insist that some angels are assigned to protect and guide a particular person and that everyone has their own "guardian angel". This belief that a spirit is sent to watch every individual was common in ancient Greek philosophy. In the 12th century, Christian theologian Honorius of Autun stated his belief that every soul was assigned a guardian angel the moment it was put into a body.
Care Instructions:
Fine crystal should be hand washed separately in warm soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and dried with a lint-free cloth. We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean your crystal as it can dull and damage the surface. Avoid pouring iced liquids or very hot water into crystal as extreme temperatures can crack or break your crystal.
To clean, combine 1/4 cup ammonia with a mild lemon detergent. Rinse in clean water and air dry on a rack. Clean vases and decanters by filling them half-full with moderately hot water, a small amount of mild detergent, two tablespoons of white vinegar or ammonia and 1/2 cup uncooked rice. Swirl the rice around for a few minutes to remove residue. Rinse well with moderately hot water and air dry, upside down, on a rack.
