Using USDA grain fed steak trim aged to perfection then trimmed of any excess fat, the trim is ground and mixed with special spices for a taste like no other. The fully cooked steak dogs are wrapped in a pretzel dough made with only the freshest and finest ingredients, sprinkled with salt for added flavor and then baked.

  • Individually packed and frozen
  • Keep frozen until use; thaw in refrigerator, then heat
  • When frozen, will stay delicious and wholesome for up to nine (9) months

    Your purchase will be shipped via UPS 2nd-day air. It will be packaged in a reusable insulated cooler with Dry Ice, ensuring the contents will arrive cold and ready for storage in your freezer.

    Why do we package with Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is very cold. The surface temperature is approximately -110 degrees F, much cooler than regular ice. Dry Ice is an excellent refrigerant to keep perishable food products cool until they arrive to you, the customer.

    What is Dry Ice?
    Dry Ice is another term for solid carbon dioxide. When it “melts” it turn directly into a gas. You know that carbon dioxide ("CO2") is the gas we exhale every time we breathe. When CO2 gas is compressed, it changes to CO2 solid.

    Why wasn't any Dry Ice remaining when my package arrived?
    The dry ice used in the food products we offer usually lasts between 24 to 36 hours. Since we ship our products via UPS 2nd day air, it is common for little or no dry ice to remain by the time you receive your package. However, your food will still be cold, ready to be put right in your freezer!
