Nutcrackers: Delicate Detail and Craftsmanship
Nutcrackers usually stand on a base are generally manufactured using painstaking procedures from birch, beech, lime tree or alder wood. The chosen wood has to dry for several years before it is cut into the sizes needed for the production process. After the pieces are trimmed, the automatic lathe shapes the different parts of the body. Then the different body parts are painted in great detail. The pieces are then arranged and assembled to make the nutcrackers known and loved by all!
