Immediately after rinsing Spraywhite 90 whitener from mouth, pour one packet into tongue and swish for up to 90 seconds. Then expel the remaining Oral Rinse.

Whitening works best on everyday staining from smoking, soft drinks, coffee, tea, wine and aging. Yellowish hued teeth will probably bleach well, brownish-colored teeth may bleach less well, and grayish hued teeth may not bleach well at all. Teeth that have undergone recent whitening may experience less dramatic results
May be used on caps, veneers and crowns. If you have any artificial materials on your teeth like bonding, fillings or veneers, the bleaching will not usually make a noticeable difference on this area.
Consult with a dental professional before use if you have untreated dental cavities or any form of gum disease. If irritation (such as redness, swelling or soreness) of the gums or the mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist.
