NYC II 3.55ctw Bezel Set Multi-Gemstone Ring

A breathtaking design with a plethora of multi-hued gemstones to add color to any ensemble! Crafted in 18K gold vermeil plated sterling silver, this ring beams three rows of round cut 4mm multi-gemstones including one each of smoky quartz, pink tourmaline, peridot, chrome diopside, aquamarine, iolite, London blue topaz, rhodolite, morganite, tanzanite, amethyst, mocha zircon and citrine. All of the gemstones are in bezel settings.

The total quartz weight is 0.27ct, the total tourmaline weight is 0.21ct, the total peridot weight is 0.24ct, the total chrome diopside weight is 0.25ct, the total aquamarine weight is 0.26ct, the total iolite weight is 0.23ct, total topaz weight is 0.31ct, the total rhodolite weight is 0.30ct, the total morganite weight is 0.26ct, the total tanzanite weight is 0.26ct, the total amethyst weight is 0.25ct, the total zircon weight is 0.43ct and the total citrine weight is 0.28ct (all approximate). The ring measures 9/16"L x 7/8"W with a height of 3/16".

Gold over Silver    


Vermeil Plating:
Pronounced “vermay,” vermeil is an electroplating process in which 14K gold or higher is coated over sterling silver. Officially designated by the jewelry industry, items may only be sold as vermeil if they have a minimum thickness of 100 millionths of an inch (2.5 microns) of gold over the silver. Over time, vermeil will wear off and therefore will require re-plating.

To care for your plated jewelry items:

  • Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, washing hands, putting on make-up, lotions, perfumes, and/or working with household chemicals, cleaners, or acidic liquids.
  • Do not clean plated jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner or in silver cleaning solutions, as it could completely remove the plating finish from your item.
  • Ensure your jewelry item is thoroughly dry before storing. Moisture in an enclosed space can increase tarnishing.
  • Store your plated jewelry in a jewelry box lined with felt or anti-tarnish material. Items should not be stacked as this may cause damage to the plating surface.
  • Do not use excessive pressure when cleaning with a polishing cloth or soft brush, as this may cause damage to the plating.
  • Over time your plated items will need to be re-plated. Contact your local jeweler for information on plating services.
