**Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Use mild detergent and wipe blades clean. Dry completely from the back of knives to the cutting edge, not from the handle to the tip. Wash knives separately from other utensils or dishes. The steel blade may tarnish if acidic foods are not wiped off after slicing. If this occurs, use a non-abrasive metal polish to remove stain.
