HOW TO USE:
Measurable Difference Lash and Brow Enhancing Serum:
Apply once a day before going to bed, eyes should be clear of any makeup or cream and contact lenses should be removed. Apply one gentle continuous stroke along base of top lashes, let absorb and repeat with a second stroke. Apply a third stroke on the skin just underneath your bottom lashes. Do not rub eyes. If using on eyebrows, brush gel across brows and gently rub into skin.
