"Arrived a couple of days after ordering with some dry ice intact. Steaks were frozen rock-solid. Defrosted for 24 hours then cooked to a rare/medium-rare on the counter-top grill after adding a pinch of kosher salt and ground black pepper.
The end result was a very tender, flavorful steak. The small streaks of marbling really add to the taste."
