    HOW TO USE:
    Essential Eye Palette:
    Each palette has been created to be used on its own for a classic neutral look or work together with your favorite color palette for a fun pop of color. Using the Essential Palette you can create the perfect no-make-up daytime look by using the lightest three shades of shadow. For an easy evening look simply add the darkest shadow in the palette to the outer corners of the eyes and along the lower lash line. Top off with your favorite CARGO Mascara.

    BeachBlush in "Coral Beach":
    Apply a small amount of BeachBlush onto a large fluffy brush by gently swirling the brush into the pan. To optimize all four shades in BeachBlush swirl the brush over all four color bars, combining the different tones to create one harmonious hue. Apply to the cheekbone area, dust lightly onto the apples of the cheeks as well as any areas of the face that would be naturally kissed by the sun.

    Lip Gloss in "Big Sur":
    Apply this silky and longwearing lip gloss alone for a sheer look or on top of your favorite lipstick for a super glossy effect. Create a beautiful soft lip by lining the lips with CARGO's Reverse Lip Liner. Using soft, feathery application strokes, apply the Reverse Lip Liner to the outer edges of the lip line. Next blend upwards and outwards to soften the look of the line and give a highlight and lift to the mouth. You are now ready to apply CARGO's Long Wear Lip Gloss.
