How to Use:

Nail Foundation Flawless Basecoat:
Apply one coat of Nail Foundation Flawless Basecoat to clean, dry nails. Follow with two thin coats of 3 Free Lacquer in any color.

Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat:
Finish nails by applying one coat of Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat for extra shine and protection.

Ingredients:

Nail Foundation Flawless Basecoat: Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Nitrocellulose, Phthalic Anhydride / Trimellitic Anhydride / Glycols Copolymer, Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Triphenyl Phosphate, Talc, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Bezophenone-1, Red Iron Oxide.

Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat: Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Acrylates Copolymer, Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Propylene Glycol Monoethyl Ether Acetate, Dipropylene Glycol Dibenzoate.
